The Wheel of Life is a tool that helps us identify where we can begin this journey, and in which area of life we need to enhance our emotions, attention, and feelings. It leads us to critical thinking and prioritizing what needs to be improved.
It is a circular chart divided into 4 main categories:

For each category, there are related segments, and it is possible to add or remove them as needed.

From 0 to 10, how are your emotions and satisfaction regarding these segments?
Color the chart indicating your score for each item, and you will have a holistic image of your life in your hands, graphically representing your impressions and feelings.
Analyze the results, choose what you consider most relevant, and reflect, question your score, be honest with yourself, review your habits and attitudes, and set your goals.
