Report Release
In compliance with Law No. 14,611 of July 4, 2023, MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, and Decree No. 11,795/2023, as well as Pitang's commitments to promoting inclusion and diversity practices, we are publishing our pay equity report.
The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Major Groups* of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations).
The report data is anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD 13,709/2018.
*Major Groups: It is a government classification that groups different types of work (positions/departments) into the same category without considering seniority levels.
