Pitang welcomed another group from the Supporting Women in Technology Across Borders (SWITAB) program at its headquarters in Recife, continuing a partnership focused on encouraging women to remain in the fields of technology, science, engineering, and mathematics.
During the visit, participants learned more about Pitang's culture with Pitang team members Maíra Lucena and Raphaella Matos, and took part in a conversation about professional communication, public speaking, and confidence in the corporate environment with Pitang team member Eva Maciel.
The initiative reinforces Pitang's commitment to diversity and inclusion, and to building a more representative and plural technological ecosystem.
