How to understand the 4 values of the Agile Manifesto?
Agility

The Agile Manifesto
Certainly, many know (or memorize) the values of the Agile Manifesto.
Remembering the first letter, the rest comes easy:
Why know the values of the Agile Manifesto?
But why know them? What should be done so that these values, in practice, make sense in the "agilist's" work?
Personally, I would answer the first question based on the concept of values:
"Values are the set of characteristics of a given person or organization that determine how they behave and interact with other individuals and with the environment."
Knowing them means, at least, understanding that in a decision-making process we should behave according to the values of the Agile Manifesto.
As for the second question, practical and proactive action requires implementing some strategies or possible actions that contribute to these values.
The Agile Manifesto in Practice
When we say, for example, "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools", we could consider the use of:
Team Building practices;
Feedback;
Cross-functional teams;
Cross-departmental projects;
Events, whether replenishment, feedback, review, planning (daily, biweekly, monthly);
Communities of practice.
And you, how have you been putting the values of the Agile Manifesto into practice?
Let's work for less Espoused Theory (what people say they do) and more Theory-in-Use (what people actually do).
