Letsbank automates processes to streamline and scale its operations

The project was based on two phases. The first was the automation of the process in an integrated and digital way. The second was to make the operation scalable and modular to support the growth strategy in the number of the bank's partners and customers, without the need to increase the number of people to carry out the activities.
