Copel, with its four areas of operation (Holding, Distribution, Generation, and Shared Services Center), is a company committed to innovation. In 2020, they identified the need to automate processes when they encountered teams spending much of their day on manual and repetitive activities; strategic people within the company were dissatisfied because they were not using their time for activities that required reasoning and creativity; and there was a high cost to perform repetitive activities.
