We have used SUN technology - both hardware and software - since the very beginning. In addition, we have one of the highest ratios of SUN-certified developers in any company. This has not only fostered collaboration between both organizations but also led to the establishment of a SUN COE ( Center Of Excellence ) inside C.E.S.A.R itself, with both partners working closely together on a number of commercial projects.

Borland
Borland is a member of C.E.S.A.R's board, as well as being a longstanding partner in the use of its tool suite for development projects. We work together on business opportunities that require Borland technology competencies.

Microsoft
Microsoft is our partner in the XML Technology Center , an initiative aimed at providing professional training and support for research and MS-platform-based business applications and company development. We also work as project developers for solutions requiring the .NET platform, which is currently experiencing exceptional growth in the market.

IBM
IBM is both a member of C.E.S.A.R's board and a partner in commercial projects. We also have strong expertise in platforms such as AIX, DB2 and Websphere. In addition, we operate as suppliers to IBM and are involved in developing various projects based on the software factory model.
