Prompt PROMPT - R&D Programs Management
Prompt is a solution for the management of projects and programs that allows for a complete lifecycle follow up, from submission of proposals to execution, including the evaluation, approval, progress control and accountability processes.
Aimed mainly at companies and institutions that fund, regulate or control a projects portfolio, Prompt substantially streamlines the information exchange between proponents, technicians, consultants and managers, leading to significant cost reductions and a better quality final product.
The system is completely adaptable and can be redesigned to meet the needs of your company, undergoing modifications, adjustments and fine-tuning in order to work with smaller or larger scale processes. In addition, parts of the solution can be implemented separately, in case the client needs to, for example, to only follow up on the programs submission process.
Prompt reduces costs and computerizes all of the company's processes, minimizing the processing and storage of paper documents through the implementation of configurable electronic forms; it automates the preparation and submission of proposals, standardizing its form and content and conducting a prior review; and it also facilitates internal communications and the integration with external partners in the execution of projects.
The system was successfully installed in several governmental organizations, such as Fapesp, CNPq and the Scientific and Technological Development Support Program (PADCT) of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Other cases can also be found in Embrapa, ANEEL and Cenpes.
