Pitang is developing for Grupo Nordeste, the largest security company group in Brazil, consisting of the companies Nordeste Segurança (Northeast region), Norsergel (North region) and Transbank (South and Southeast regions), an Operational Management System (Sistema de Gestão Operacional - SGO), whose main objective is to manage and control all operational processes of the Valuables Transportation and Processing areas of the entire Group.
Pitang is conducting this work in two stages: this first stage has already been concluded and involved mapping of the processes, business modeling and system conception. The second stage is now underway and involves all phases of the project's lifecycle: Requirements, Analysis and Project, Construction and Testing, using the software factory model.
